  2. The nature of our practice dictates the background, training and expertise necessary for a hiring position. 
  3. Undergraduate degrees in accounting, business and finance are strong beginnings. 
  4. Law school electives in tax courses are important. 
  5. Graduate tax law degree
  6. CPA designation 
  7. Real world experience are strong indications for hiring considerations.
